font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Organizers: <\/strong>Daniele Colombaroli, Jay Mistry, Alice Milner, Boris Vanni\u00e8re (GPWG)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #339966; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>PAGES ECN\/GPWG-ECR <\/strong>Representatives: Carole Adolf, Donna Hawthorne<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We are happy to announce that our next\u00a0<strong>Focus Group workshop\u00a0<\/strong>will take place at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.royalholloway.ac.uk\/home.aspx\">Royal Holloway University of London<\/a>, between <strong>4 and 7 September 2018<\/strong>, hosted by the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.royalholloway.ac.uk\/geography\/research\/researchgroups\/cqr\/home.aspx#ad-image-0\">Centre for Quaternary Research<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.royalholloway.ac.uk\/geography\/home.aspx\">Department of Geography.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The main focus of this workshop\u00a0is to foster collaboration between Quaternary Science and more applied disciplines (Biodiversity Conservation, Forest Management, Climate impacts), by bringing together palaeoecologists, human geographers, modern ecologists and stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>The workshop is co-funded by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pages.unibe.ch\/\">PAGES<\/a>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qra.org.uk\/\">Quaternary Research Association (QRA)<\/a>, and the\u00a0Chrono-Environnement laboratory (CNRS &#8211;
